No layers between you and the person responsible. I stay close enough to the work to catch problems early, answer your questions directly, and make sure the job you agreed to is the job that gets done.

Getting in touch
When you call, you’ll reach me or my wife, Alicia. If I’m tied up, she’ll arrange a call back from me. From your first question, you know who you’re talking to.
At the walkthrough
I walk your home with you, listen to what matters, and explain the repairs and options. Then I write your quote so what we discuss becomes part of the plan.
Once the work starts
I review the scope with the crew and manage the project against it. Keeping what we discussed connected to what gets done is my job. You shouldn’t have to explain it all again
If something comes up
Bring your questions or concerns directly to me. If something doesn’t look right, I want to hear about it. I know your project, and working through it is my responsibility.
When it is finished
I walk the finished work with you, and I want you to speak freely. If something isn’t done right, it’s my responsibility to make it right. Your trust is something I earn by following through.
