3. Day Two: Creating a Controlled Workspace for Flawless Refinishing

On the second day, myself and potentially a helper return to your home to begin the refinishing process on the cabinet boxes.

Once the boxes are completed, I remove the plastic barriers and clean the area. Your kitchen is now functional again while the doors and drawers are finished offsite.

It is crucial to understand that the cure time is roughly 5 to 7 days. During this time, the finish remains "soft" and needs time to reach its full hardness. Although the kitchen can be used, it is important to exercise caution to prevent scratches or dents until the curing is finished.

With the cabinet boxes complete, I shift focus to the doors and drawers in my controlled workshop. Here’s what happens:
